An information site and a free introduction service for people buying property in Laureles, Medellin. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, a law firm, or a tax adviser.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Property, visa and tax rules in Colombia change, and the figures here are indexed to the SMMLV, which is reset every January. Verify current figures and take professional advice before acting.
Introductions
When we introduce you to a broker, we are introducing you, not representing you. Any agreement you enter is between you and that broker. We receive a referral fee from the broker's side if a transaction closes. You pay us nothing.
Accuracy
We write carefully and correct errors when we find them, but we make no warranty that everything here is complete or current. If you spot something wrong, tell us.
